We bill in advance on the 1st of the month for collection by Direct Debit 4 to 6 days later, depending on weekends and bank holidays.
The first payment will consist of your normal service fee and, if you joined part way through the previous month, a pro rata amount for that period will be included. If you have taken a new installation, one twelfth of the installation fee will also be payable. For new installations, subsequent monthly payments will include one twelfth of the installation fee for the next 11 months.
Note, if you are a shareholder with a holding of £1500 or more, the connection fee is waived provided you have claimed this before you go live with B4RN.
